How much does shipping from Queenie Shop cost?

Currently, Printify is responsible for the shipping and handling. Our fixed Standard shipping rates are calculated based on the average shipping cost of $7.00 for most orders to customers anywhere in the United States. For Please review the shipping information for more information.

We typically respond to messages in 1-2 business days, but please note, this time may be extended during holidays and that this inbox is not monitored on holidays and weekends.

What is the process for a refund request?

For refund requests please contact us directly.

How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of product delivery. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. 

Do you ship Internationally?

Currently, we do not ship our products internationally but we're working on it! Please look out for our newsletter for updates.
